Sama International LLC appointed Munir as a Public Relations officer. As per the contract he will be under the probation for a period 3 months. He undertook the work on 1 February 2018. The company was not happy with his performance. On 4th of March 2018 the company issued a notice of termination to Munir and said that 11th March 2018 will be the last day of working for him. Munir claimed against the company to MOMP asking for compensation for unfair dismissal.
Advice Munir, whether he is entitled to this compensation or not.
