These arguments must be no more than 1000 words, with all sources appropriately referenced and must be submitted to your examiner two days in advance of your oral submissions.
You have 20 -25 minutes in which to present these arguments and must dress formally for the examination in sober colours and modest cuts to imitate the style of dress worn by barristers.
This will test your ability to demonstrate a good understanding of the use and application of legal sources, knowledge and application of precedent, diversity of remedies and the ability to prepare and present legal argument in a coherent and effective manner.
