transformation processes

1.There is a figure in 13.2 that illustrates transformation processes. In one or two paragraphs, explain how what you do (or intend to do) at work can be described in that way. For instance, if you’re a physician, you have inputs of people who don’t feel well, your transformation process involves using your knowledge, medicines and equipment to treat the condition that is afflicting them and your output is (hopefully) patients who return to good health. This can be useful for your perspective, particularly as you see how your actions might fit into the overall process.
2. Since every control method has costs and benefits, we need to find a balance, and that balance will be subject to the level of variance we can accept. For instance, seed packets we might buy in a discount store would need a much lower level of control than seeds sent to the space station for experimentation. Think through that process in relation to your life, and tell about a time you think you were subjected to a control procedure that seemed either far too demanding or not demanding enough. It could be a policy at an educational institution, your place of work or even in your private life. Explain why you hold the opinion you do, and how you might amend the procedure to be more reasonable.
