Leader Assessment: MLQ The purpose of this assignment is to apply a leadership assessment by completing the following: 1.1 Download the Multi-factor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) from the Web Campus folder: Course Documents\Transformational Leadership 1.2 Answer all of the questions on the assessment and determine your results. 1.3 Write an essay to interpret the results of the MLQ; be sure to include the MLQ assessment results in the beginning of the essay. 1.4 Apply the course material covered so far in MADS6618 17VF. 1.5 Use at least ONE of the three reference articles on the MLQ to demonstrate that you know how to apply peer-reviewed research. Apply the research in a substantial way; do not use quotations. 1.6. Write a minimum of 700 words and a maximum for 850 words. Please note the word count only includes the essay content, not the page of references. 1. 7 Use APA format; include citations and references for all sources used in the essay. It is permissible to write in the first person for some parts of this essay. Use high-quality grammar and writing style in the assignment paper.
