In terms of quality management, leadership is a strategic key. A leaders duties include organizing, planning, controlling, communicating and delegating. Leading involves a power sharing relationship between two or more individuals where power is distributed unevenly. Leadership is defined as the process by which a leader influence a group to move toward the attainment of superordinate goals. These goals are that that pertain to achieving a higher end that benefits not only the individual by the group. Thoughts?
