Business Plan: It's for a new IT firm being launched with 3 main services:
1. Building web and mobile apps, including design etc.
2. Process automation consulting and development (helping businesses to digitize their processes and cut out waste, lower cost, kill paperwork etc).
3. Big Data Services (such as data scraping and harvesting, exploration, visualization and other such services).
create a well-designed, concise template in Google Docs which we can collaboratively build into a final document while commenting and answering any questions regarding the business.
Must include:
1. Business outline.
2. Hiring plan (showing the intent to hire up to 10 staff, and all of the costs of that involved for the different roles).
3. Marketing plan.
4. Financial plan (cashflow projections for next 3 years). To be done in Google Sheets.
