create a business plan and pitch deck
Objective is to produce:
a) Pitch Deck
b) Business plan with financials
The work should contain:
• Investment teaser/Executive Summary
• Industry/market analysis
• Problem being addressed to the TAM/ Solution viability
• Product/service competitive analysis and Business model
• Promoting the unique selling point of the product/service
• Define business strategy for sustainable growth
• Proper description of uses of funds/requirements of funds
• Return on investment and exit opportunities
• Forecasted (pro-forma) financial statements (profit/loss, balance sheet and cashflow)
• Detailed input assumptions of revenue and cost that translate into the model
• Perform valuation with different scenarios/suitable valuation technique(s)
• Illustrate IRR, Return on Investment, Break even, Best and Worst case scenarios to facilitate investor decision
• Develop several exit scenarios to demonstrate the exit time of the initial investment
