Put yourself in the position of FRONTLINE MANAGER and demonstrate how you will develop your team to achieve team outcomes

Put yourself in the position of FRONTLINE MANAGER and demonstrate how you will develop your team to achieve team outcomes. You can base this on your workplace, or create a scenario where you can apply this.It is important that you approach this from a Front Line Management perspective.
Address the following points (this does not require a report structure, simply address the points below):
a.How you will determine team purpose, goals, plans and objectives?Consider how this aligns with organisational needs, and how you will involve / communicate with your team.
b.How will you allocate individual work within the team?Consider how you will make you decision and based on what rationale.
c.How will you liaise with your team members to ensure understanding of tasks, performance expectations, and to provide feedback of performance / address any difficulties?Consider communication with i) the team as a whole; and ii) individuals within the team.
d.How will you encourage and reward i) team performance; and ii) individual performance?
e.What standards of behaviour will you i) demonstrate yourself; and ii) expect your team to display? How will you address any variances of behaviour with your team?
f.What process will you follow to manage any conflict that arises within the team?
g.What steps will you put in place to avoid ‘groupthink’?
Ensure you incorporate appropriate material and workplace examples into your assignment (i.e. reference material covered in your learning materials and your own research that demonstrates your understanding of theories / concepts and assists in explaining your application of these).
Make sure when incorporating other peoples work you do reference correctly – i.e. ensure you comply with expected academic standards and do not plagiarise.
