Clear and concise writing style, logical flow, use of headings and subheadings as appropriate, clear transitions between sections of the paper, title page and numbered pages. b. Executive Summary – Summary of the key components of your paper (does not count toward page limit)
c. Introduction – Description of the key components of the case that you will focus on for your group paper. Identify the challenging dynamics of the case that you all agree are most importantand relevant, and will ultimately guide your joint action plan(approximately 1-page). Answer the following questions:
i. What is the situation Cam faces?
ii. What specifically does Cam need to address?
d. You as Cam – Each team member will include a summary description and interpretation of his/her self-assessment information (including their RBSand relevant class assessments/lectures). Explain and analyze what you (as Cam) contribute to the current situation (approx. 1 page each; 4-5 pgs total).  Also provide a concise, combined perspective (i.e. what you collectively contribute).
e. Joint Action Plan – Leveraging your varying perspectives ofCam’ssituation and options, present at least 3 prospective paths/options. Describe the merits and pitfalls of each option. Then propose an action plan that you all agree is Cam’s best approach for moving forward. Use course principles (and other external resources if desired/relevant) to explain why you believe theproposed action plan is your best option to address the situation Cam is faced with (approximately 3-pages). 
f. The Process – Describe the process that you all used to guide your decision-making. You may choose to use a prescribed decision criteria (if so cite and reference it) or you may be more fluid and develop your own. Either way, describe how you all came to consensus and managed substantive conflict to develop your Joint Action Plan (approximately 2-pages).
g. References – Include a complete list of each of these references and cite them as appropriate in the body of your text (does not count toward page limit)
Quality (8 points)
Care and critical thought put into all elements of the assignment. Insight and creativityin your action plan to address the situation (be memorable, in a good way).

Adequate information is provided on the challenging dynamics of the case(c)
i. Problem is well-defined – neither too broad nor too narrow
ii. Interpretations of the case information are presented clearly and easy for the reader to understand
iii. Logical conclusions are drawn from the facts of the case
